The victim's family advocate Sushil Tekriwal said, Augustine Pinto, Grace Pinto and Ryan Pinto got interim bail with certain conditions by the Punjab and Harayan High Court that they can't leave country and also have to join investigation when needed.

The Punjab and Haryana high court on Saturday granted regular bail to Ryan global group's northern zone head Francis Thomas and human resources chief Jayesh Thomas in connection with the murder of seven-year-old student Pradhyumn Thakur in Gurugram.

The court has asked the Pinto family to cooperate with the investigation whenever the CBI calls. Recently, CBI had opposed the bail plea of Ryan Pinto believing that he might be involved in Pradyuman's murder.

Ryan International Group CEO Ryan Pinto was granted an interim bail by the Punjab and Haryana High Court today. The High Court on September 25 had impleaded CBI as a respondent in a petition seeking bail for the three Ryan International Group trustees. It was then the Haryana government recommended a CBI probe into the matter. The incident lead to the nation-wide outrage of protests against the child's killing. The premier investigating agency took over the case on September 22.
