USA flies bombers over Korean peninsula in show of force

North Korea is famous for its outlandish threats of waging war and using nuclear weapons against the United States and its allies.

Q: In his United Nations speech, Donald Trump warned to "totally destroy North Korea" if it threatens USA or its allies.

"The briefing and the discussion focused on the range of options to respond to any form of aggression from North Korea and, if necessary, to prevent North Korea from threatening the United States and its allies with nuclear weapons", said the american presidency, in a press release.

The White House said in a statement Trump was briefed by Secretary of Defence James Mattis and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Joseph Dunford on how to respond to any form of North Korean aggression or any nuclear threat by the secretive regime against the US and its allies. It involved a pair of B-1B Lancers staging a simulated air-to-ground missile firing with two South Korean F-15K jets over the Sea of Japan which then flew across the southern portion of the Korean peninsula.

The spokesman underscored the USA would exclusively bear all the responsibility for sabotaging the peace process in Syria . In Washington, Pentagon spokesman Colonel Robert Manning described the Russian accusations as "absolutely false".

"The U.S. continues to kick up the racket of frantic nuclear war drills even though the situation on the Korean peninsula is on the verge of the outbreak of a worldwide thermonuclear war", the commentary read.

On Saturday, Trump made a similar comment on Twitter about how negotiations have failed for 25 years and said "only one thing will work" with North Korea.
