ZTE announces Blade Force for Boost Mobile

ZTE USA, the fourth largest smartphone supplier in the US, has announced that it has expanded its award-winning Blade smartphone series with the affordable ZTE Blade Force, the company said. At a price of $130, it is a no non-sense device that features the bare minimum entry level specs.

The ZTE Blade Force is equipped with a 5.5 inch IPS display that has a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

Available online starting today, the standard-looking handset packs a respectable 3000mAh battery, most likely good for at least a day's work of autonomy, since the 720p screen and quad-core Snapdragon 427 processor aren't exactly big power hogs. This is mated with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage.

Russian tourist begs outside a temple after his ATM pin gets locked
Short of cash and utterly dissappointed, Evangelin had no option but to sit outside the temple and beg for alms using his cap. When the matter reached to the External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, she assured the youth for the help.

The phone has a 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The handset runs on Android Nougat 7.1.1 with nearly no ZTE specific features.

ZTE has not announced whether they will launch the Blade Force smartphone outside the United States. The battery is even rated to provide up to 23.5 hours of talk time. Besides, the phone offers 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 ac/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/AGPS, 3.5mm audio jack and micro USB port.

What ZTE is boasting about this phone is that it has HPUE (High Performance User Equipment) technology that is usually found in the more expensive devices.

Asteroid to buzz Earth this week
A small asteroid is scheduled to pass by Earth safely at a distance of around 50,000 km above our globe's surface on Thursday. This asteroid was discovered by the Panoramic Survey Telescope and Rapid Response System (Pan-STARRS) in Hawaii in 2012.

Although ZTE has not confirmed anything, the Blade Force is unlikely to make its way outside the US.

For those who don't know, customers using a HPUE-enabled smartphone will have a better overall experience on the Sprint network (on which Boost Mobile operates) with potentially increased coverage, faster speeds, and smoother streaming experience.
