New Nokia phone coming to India on October 31


Recently, HMD Global sent out press invites for an event taking place in India on October 31st. HMD Global holds the right of branding Nokia mobile phones and tablets in India.

HMD Global's throwing together a big bash on October 31, but it's not clear who the guest of honor will be. The Nokia 7 is being bandied about as the strongest possibility since it was launched in China just a week ago. The invite for the event simply talks about unveiling the next milestone for Nokia phones. The US website of Nokia carries the details of Nokia 2 along with its specs and price. It also offers up a 6GB of RAM option at CNY 2699 (approx $408 or Rs 26500). The handset brings an excellent set of specifications on board, including a 5.2-inch display sporting a 1080p resolution with the processing handled by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, a 3000 mAh battery and IP54 certification. Besides, the handset packs a 3000mAh battery and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
