Rebel Wilson Claims She Was Sexually Harassed By 'Male Star In Power'


In the wake of the Harvey Weinstein allegations, women have stepped forward to share their stories of sexual misconduct, harassment, and assault at the hands of some of Hollywood's most influential men.

Wilson claims that she was harassed my by a male co-star who she has not named.

The first incident, she says, involved a "male star in a position of power" who tried to coerce to put her finger "up his ass" while some of his friends filmed. "I repeatedly said no and eventually got out of the room". She did state that she told her agent about the incident immediately after it occurred and they made a complaint to the studio with her lawyer present.

The actor said she came forward to stand with other women speaking publicly about their experiences with sexual harassment, and because she "had the ability to escape both incidents". Multiple women also came forward with the same accusations towards the film producer, according to Entertainment Tonight.

On Thursday, five women came forward in the same newspaper accusing U.S. comedian Louis C.K. of sexual misconduct as part of the ever-widening scandal.
