Christopher Plummer talks about replacing Kevin Spacey in Ridley Scott's new movie


With Spacey facing numerous allegations of sexual misconduct, the 87-year-old Oscar victor will step into the role of billionaire oil tycoon J. Paul Getty, re-shooting scenes with the plan to keep the film's current release date of December 22.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of Plummer's new film "The Man Who Invented Christmas" on Sunday, the actor said that he isn't really replacing Spacey in the Ridley Scott-directed movie.
