Actor Tom Sizemore was allegedly sent home from the set of a 2003 movie after an 11-year-old girl complained that he touched her genitals, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Sizemore's other film roles include Born on the Fourth of July, True Romance, Natural Born Killers, Heat, Black Hawk Down and Pearl Harbor. The girl's parents didn't not press charges against Sizemore, though they did reportedly speak to the police.

Sizemore reportedly denied the allegation at the time, telling one producer "I've done a lot of bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids".

Actress Robyn Adamson added that she noticed odd behavior from the girl during the shoot but did not make the connection with Mr. Sizemore until the story spread to crew members. "We also talked to Tom at the time, and told him everything that had been told to us, and he said: 'I've done a lot of very bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids.' We considered whether we had some responsibility to him to not pass judgment on him". He has publicly battled drug abuse since he was a teen, and was charged with with possession of methamphetamine in 2007. In 2003, the actor was sentenced to six months in jail for physically abusing his then-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss during their two-year relationship.

Charles Lago of DTLA Entertainment Group, who was Sizemore's former manager for a half-dozen years until Lago dropped him in disgust after he was accused of beating women, said he was "not surprised" by the allegation.

"At one point her eyes got just huge, like she could've vomited", Ms. Adamson said.

"It filtered down to the crew", Roi Maufas, who worked as a production assistant, told the outlet. "I was watching her", she said. She soon reintegrated and kept going, although she had trouble taking direction.

Casting director Catrine McGregor, who was the first to contact the magazine about the alleged incident, said the girl's agent told her the day after it happened that she told her mother.

Allegedly spurred by the recent unprecedented conversation in Hollywood surrounding sexual harassment and assault, following the bombshell allegations against Harvey Weinstein, the actress in question reportedly has hired a lawyer and is looking into what can be done.

THR reached out to Sizemore, whose rep told them "No comment". We're talking about consistent behavior, just being "Tom Sizemore" on set every day.

Regarding the claims made against his 55-year-old client, Sizemore's agent, Stephen Rice, stated, "Our position is 'no comment'".
