Bryan Singer has been fired from directing the Freddie Mercury biopic "Bohemian Rhapsody".

Singer's constant absence even resulted in the film's cinematographer, Thomas Newton Sigel, to step in as director for multiple days when Singer didn't show. According to THR, Malek complained about Singer to the studio, accusing him of not "not being present on set, unreliability and unprofessionalism". Tom Hollander, who plays Queen manager Jim Beach, briefly quit the film due to Singer's behaviour.

'Bryan Singer is no longer the director of Bohemian Rhapsody, ' the studio said in a statement.

Pink raising her children in a 'label-less household'
The singer says that she didn't want her 6-year-old daughter or her 11-month-old son to be "defined by traditional gender roles". That being said , we have learned that Pink has been raising her offspring in a " gender neutral " household.

Making matters worse, tensions between Malek and Singer got to the point where the two had a heated altercation on set.

To the surprise of no one, Fox fired Bryan Singer from the helm of Bohemian Rhapsody, after he went AWOL for three days last week when production was to resume after Thanksgiving. The two soon patched things up and planned to continue working together, though Singer never returned to set following the holiday break.

The decision reflected a growing clash between Singer and actor Rami Malek and was caused by Singer's being missing from the set, necessitating the December 1 production shut-down of the film in which Malek stars as Freddie Mercury, frontman of the rock group Queen, which has been shooting in London.

This behavior comes at the same time that past allegations of the director's sexual misconduct have begun to surface, which have all been denied by Singer. THR remarks Singer's extended absence as the "final straw" for the studio, which led to his termination today.

According to another insider, Singer has claimed he is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder because of the tensions on the set.
