A cool video has emerged showing group of astronauts astronauts aboard the International Space Station (ISS) making a pizza. Although, what is lacking in the flavor and texture department is made up for by the fact that the pizzas are floating around in a weightless environment.

Paolo Nespoli, an Italian astronaut and Europe's oldest space explorer (he's 60-years old), thanked his on team members on Earth for sending his crew pizza ingredients after he "casually mentioned" that he missed pizza.

While pizza in space (that should be a full-length motion picture) sounds exciting, these pies don't actually look all that appetizing.

Nespoli wasn't the only astronaut to get a thrill from the meal. After putting all the ingredients to good use, the European Space Agency posted video of the process and resulting meal on its official YouTube channel. Well, according to Mr Nespoli, pizzas in space were surprisingly yummy, while explorer Randy Bresnik called all the pizzas "tasty". That said, numerous toppings-including pepperoni, olives and anchovies-did look quite delicious.
