Attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala on Wednesday said the Prime Minister was "baffled" on seeing the BJP "losing" the Gujarat elections and that's why he is forced to resort to making irrelevant statements and talking about everything else other than Gujarat.
The Prime Minister was scheduled to address the rally in Dhandhuka, near Ahmedabad at 9:30 am, however, it was then shifted to 11 am. On a lighter note, PM Modi said that the Congress' claim to victory will fizzle out just like the Cyclone Okhai has. Ahead of the rally, Narendra Modi tweeted that he would be addressing rallies in Dhandhuka, Dhaod, and Netrang in Gujarat.

Mr Sharma said BJP is not fighting these elections on the basis of development because they have failed on that front.
