NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon has been accused of sexual harassment and battery in a lawsuit filed by a former female assistant for his sports marketing firm.

The lawsuit was filed in California against Moon and his company, Sports 1 Marketing, and according to Haskell's lawyer, the defendants have 30 days to respond upon being served.

Per the Washington post, the plaintiff, who was hired in July as Moon's executive assistant, alleges she was demoted in October after complaining about Moon's sexual advances.

A USA defence official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said Mattis's conversations had been "straightforward" and specific. He said that the USA had assured Pakistan that there will be no military intervention by India in Afghanistan.

According to the Times though, Mr. Moon also has twice been accused of misconduct against women - a sexual-harassment lawsuit from a Minnesota Vikings cheerleader and a domestic-violence charge from his then-wife. The team when reached by the Seattle Times on Wednesday afternoon had no immediate comment.

Moon, 61, was involved in a handful of controversies during his National Football League playing days with the Houston Oilers (now the Titans), where he starred as quarterback from 1984-93, and with the Vikings, Seahawks and Chiefs before retiring in 2000.

Haskell has asked for a jury trial against Moon, who now works for the Seahawks' official radio network.

For the study , researchers at Imperial College London and Duke University recruited 199 volunteers aged 60 and older. It involved, for example, a small number of participants, all of who were from the London area.

His Edmonton Eskimos won consecutive five Grey Cups and though his USA teams never won a title, he was named to nine Pro Bowls and set several single-season passing records in a less pass-happy era than now. In 1996 he was acquitted on charges that he physically abused his now ex-wife Felicia. They divorced in 2001. "Moon insisted these "requirements" were part of the job, and made clear that Ms. Haskell's employment depended on her acceptance and compliance with Moon's lascivious behavior, demands and orders". The Washington Post does not ordinarily name alleged victims of sexual assault, but Fitzgerald said her client had agreed to go public.

Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon is the latest male celebrity to be hit by sexual harassment allegations.

"Whenever Ms. Haskell expressed reservations about these outrageous "job duties", Moon insisted this was "just the way it is", and threatened Ms. Haskell that unless she was "comfortable" with him, he'd "find someone else who was".
