Snow warning for Donegal comes into force later

A status yellow wind warning for Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Clare and Kerry will remain in place until 8pm tonight.

IRISH weather chiefs have issued a new snow-ice warning for the entire country ahead of Storm Caroline blowing in.

And now Met Eireann are predicting icy conditions with up to 3cm of snow in some areas on Thursday and Friday.
