"I know a lot of you are thinking 'it sounds kind of silly and kind of ridiculous, ' and well, I'm here to tell you it absolutely is", says game director Jeff Kaplan in a video (seen below). The Ecopoint: Antarctica map is also in the mix alongside the black Forest arena, along with winterized versions of numerous game's maps to coincide with the event. Kaplan hinted that Hanzo, Junkrat, and Roadhog are getting legendaries.

Overwatch's festively themed Winter Wonderland event will return next week, Tuesday December 12th, Blizzard has announced.

We'll keep you posted about skins and more.

Along with new holiday skins, and past event skins will return alongside Mei's Snowball Offensive alongside the new Brawl, Mei's Yeti Hunt. It will still be playable in Antarctica as well. King's Row and Hanamura will once again be sporting their frosty good looks, and there's a new seasonal update for the Black Forest arena map too.

LaVar Ball: Sons LiAngelo, LaMelo Have Signed with Agent
LaMelo Ball will officially not follow his brothers Lonzo and LiAngelo to UCLA . The boys' father said several teams in Asia and Europe have expressed interest.

Speaking of Mei, Blizzard is planning a new event around the snowy scientist. It'll include everything from last year-skins, the Mei snowball fight mode, etc-as well as an entirely new boss fight mode. This new mode will pit five Mei players against a single overpowered Winston (no doubt sporting his Yeti skin). As Kaplan revealed, all Meis will also have an extra ability, setting ice traps all around the map for Yeti Winston to step on. If enough of the Meis die, then the mode is over and Winston wins. Once Winston is Primal Rage'd, the Meis just have to escape. Anyone who's played a 6 vs. 1 game like Evolve will be familiar with the concept.
