More snow is expected from 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 11 through 2 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, creating slippery road conditions. The National Weather Service has already issued a winter storm watch for parts of the region, with mentions of up to a foot of snow over northwestern Pennsylvania between Monday night and Wednesday afternoon. Then, a low pressure system will pass north of the area later today and drag a cold front across the region tonight. Temperatures will steadily increase, and should be above average by the end of the weekend.
