DELL's Kaby Lake-G Powered XPS 15 has a MagLev Keyboard

It is one of the reasons why the XPS 15 looks thin. Two additional USB 3.1 Type-C ports for storage are also available, plus a microSD card reader. The latter has optional touchscreen integration that comes with magnesium alloy LCD back and narrow border carbon-fibre reinforced polymer LCD back options.

The difference in focus is showcased by the two devices' differing specifications. Dell unveiled the new XPS 15 convertible at CES, complete with a design that resembles the original 15-inch XPS laptop while including upgraded processors and graphics chips. The new models also have options such as a SmartCard reader and a fingerprint reader.

Specifically you'll be able to pick it up with either a Core i5-8305G processor with Radeon RX Vega M GL graphics or a Core i7-8705G processor with Radeon RX Vega M GL graphics.

What makes the new Intel and AMD combo different from anything we have seen so far is the smaller form factor (new chip is 40% thinner than existing chips with discrete graphics) and low power consumption (65W total package power). Speaking of, like the XPS 13, Dell's new convertible also uses Gore Thermal insulation around the CPU to keep the system cool. The new structure should prevent the chassis from overheating and aid in power management.

Denuclearisation of Korean peninsula is path to peace: South Korea's Moon
Foreign ministry spokesman Roh Kyu-deok said Seoul would consider whether it needed to take "prior steps", together with the U.N. Tuesday's talks were held in Panmunjom, the truce village in the Demilitarised Zone that splits the peninsula.

With these new parts, plus better cooling and a bigger heat spreader, Dell claims the battery will run for 15 hours. That means you can use Windows Hello facial recognition to unlock the device, which is an overdue perk. If you're wondering how the key travel compares to Apple's atrocious butterfly keys, the XPS 15 2-in-1 offers 40 percent more travel than the MacBook Pro 15's scant 0.5mm. It's still frustrating that Dell insists on keeping the front-facing camera below the display (especially considering its Latitude line manages to put the webcam in a normal spot, atop the display).

The 15.6-inch display offers ample legroom for work, watching movies and gaming.

Users can also work on the screen with Dell's new Active Pen ($99) stylus, which supports 4096 pressure levels, allowing users to write or create different strokes while drawing with greater accuracy.

Also new is a redesigned keyboard - Dell calls it a "maglev" keyboard.

Pakistan has suspended military and intelligence cooperation with U.S. : defence minister
Pakistan has been a front line state in this war and Pakistanis have bought this peace with their blood, he added. Embassy spokesman Richard Snelsire said, "We have not received any formal communication regarding a suspension".

In terms of availability, the new XPS 15 2-in-1 is scheduled for release in April 2018 at a starting price of Dollars 1299.99 (about RM 5215). The other OEM is HP which has upgraded the Spectre X360 line-up from a year ago to offer the new chipsets.

Dell's 2-in-1 XPS 15 comes with the next-gen InfinityEdge display with thinner bezels around the 4K UHD display (you can still get the FHD display if you don't want to spend much).

It's 16mm thick, which is pretty thin for any kind of 15-inch laptop, and the edge-to-edge Infinity Display has 4K resolution.
