The long hoped for Nintendo Direct was dropped on us like a Beyoncé album this morning and with it, among lots of other insane news, came the announcement of a free update to Super Mario Odyssey. The January 11th Nintendo Direct featured the first look at "Luigi's Balloon World". In Hide It, players have thirty seconds to run, jump and climb as far as they can in order to place their balloon in a mysterious location as hidden as they can.

Super Mario Odyssey's free update comes in February 2018.

I think if you have Dolly's name in front of anything it totally eclipses what comes after Dolly Parton". Parton says the change streamlines the name, and removes any concern or confusion visitors may have.

There's a competitive side to this fun activity, for finding balloons quickly as well as hiding them in hard to reach spots enable players to move up in the rankings. It's great to see Nintendo continue to support one of the greater games in its series, Super Mario Sunshine! Will you be giving Balloon World a go?
