OR at No. 17 Arizona tops the Pac-12 this week

After playing its first three Pac-12 games either at home or just down the road in Corvallis, the Ducks hit the road Thursday night and pulled off a major upset - a 76-72 win at No. 11 Arizona State.

After Sunday's home game against Arizona, the Beavers get No. 8 OR in a home-and-home battle next weekend.

It's a matchup of opposites, with the Wildcats featuring a dizzying offensive attack spearheaded by a three-headed monster of Deandre Ayton, Allonzo Trier and Rawle Alkins-who score 20.4, 19.6 and 15.6 points per game, respectively.

This sounds easy, but it's usually not because of the speed that defenses can recover. The Ducks continued to focus on things they could control, namely efficient rebounding and crisp passing.

Iranian Oil Tanker Explodes in East China Sea as Dozens Remain Missing
Since then, the Panama-registered tanker Sanchi has been ablaze and drifting in the waters between Shanghai and southern Japan. South Korean authorities have said that the flames could last for up to a month given the consequences of previous oil spills.

Points in the paint were controlled by OR, with 38 points, compared to Arizona State's 16.

When asked of where the game got away, Justice answered with the backboard. Miller, Alkins and Trier spoke in the postgame press conference after the game, watch what they had to say.

"It was all of it, honestly".

Still, the Beavers had done enough to impress the NCAA tournament selection committee and were awarded an at-large berth to the tournament for the first time since the 1995-96 season. Similar to that ranking, Oregon State trails only Florida.

Ronda Rousey was caught on video taking a very big meeting
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) superstar Ronda Rousey has had her share of ups and downs in UFC and is now on hiatus from the octagon. We had a great time. "It was great to catch up with her", Levesque told The Associated Press in a recent interview.

Freshman wing Troy Brown, a potential first-round pick, had two fouls in less than three minutes. The two combined to play 14 minutes in the opening half and Wooten only played 11 total minutes.

The Beavers feature a sneaky-good trio of sophomore Tres Tinkle (son of OSU Coach Wayne Tinkle) and juniors Stephen Thompson Jr. and Drew Eubanks-who average 18.3, 16.5 and 13.8 points per game this season.

"He used his physicality, he just crashed", Hurley said.

Oregon State went toe-to-toe with No. 17 Arizona before a late run propelled the Wildcats to a 62-53 win on Thursday night at the McKale Center. "Defense-to-offense, we had a lot of great plays".

UEFA names Team of the Year 2017
The total number of 8,779,639 votes for the 2017 UEFA Fans' Team of the Year is a record, with 798,149 unique users taking part. Players from the Spanish league dominated the team with five Champions League winning Real Madrid players finding mentions.

The Sun Devils don't have an answer physically for players like McIntosh, who kept OR in a game that it, quite frankly, didn't deserve to be in with some of its sloppy plays early on. "They do a really good job".
