Also included is the soundtrack to all three games spread across six discs, ten art prints with a frame, and three item dictionaries which come with descriptions for every item found in the Dark Souls series. Dark Souls Remastered is coming for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 25.

Improved framerate and resolution in comparison to the original should augment the game as well, making this the first time we've seen a Dark Souls title on a Nintendo console. The Switch's GPU is created to give games a much brighter and more vibrant look compared to the PS4 and Xbox One counterparts, so it will be interesting to see how a game as dark as Dark Souls looks on the Switch when it arrives on May 25th. As with so many other remasters, this will enhance the game for modern day consoles, giving it a fresh coat of paint while likely leaving much of the core gameplay unchanged. The Nintendo Switch version will, however, run at 1080p and 30fps.
