Liverpool are now experiencing some of that impatience as they look to bring Naby Keita to Anfield in the January transfer window.

After three bids being rejected, FC Barcelona gave up and signed Ousmane Dembele from Borussia Dortmund for 105 million euros and Coutinho returned to Liverpool training and the show went on.

This week, Barcelona finally signed Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool for a club record fee of £142 million.
