Cathleen the Great Pyrenees mix had been given up by her family in Oklahoma in the USA after they moved house and didn't have space for her anymore.
The shelter says the animal's heart wants to be with the family but they can not keep her.
Twice, she hit the road and walked the 20 or so miles between Prague and Seminole to look for her old family. She is humble, kind and passive.

"Her heart wants to be with them, but they can not keep her", the Seminole Humane Society/Seminole Animal Shelter wrote on its Facebook page on Monday. "She may seem shy at first but will open up to you definitely", Animal Control Officer Lynzi Thompson said.
Cathleen lived with her new family for about four months, but she escaped twice and made the journey back to her original owners in Seminole, Oklahoma.
The shelter is hoping that by sharing her story they can find Cathleen a new home that she'll enjoy.

For $25, Cathleen is now up for adoption, but this time at a home with a fenced yard.
