On the ensuing possession, Meme Jackson worked her way open for a 3-point attempt to win the game, but the shot was too strong and the teams took their battle to overtime. After the teams traded baskets for most of the quarter, a 7-0 run by Texas A&M highlighted by two straight field goals from Williams put the Aggies in front, and they carried a three-point lead into the final 10 minutes. Tennessee won its third straight in Volunteers coach Rick Barnes' 1,000th career game.

Barnes' 647 wins rank eighth among active Division I coaches.

Once in the top five, Texas A&M suffered its fifth consecutive Southeastern Conference basketball loss as the Aggies fell 75-62 to No. 24 Tennessee on Saturday at Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville.

Balanced Attack: Tennessee had four players score in double figures against TAMU, keeping their streak of having at least three players in double digits ideal thus far this season.

Jeanie Buss, Magic Johnson Tweet Support Of Luke Walton Amid Distractions
Whether it was a lack of confidence or just failing to adapt to the National Basketball Association game, Ingram was struggling. LaVar Ball, the outspoken father of rookie guard Lonzo Ball , told reporters, "Luke doesn't have control of the team no more ".

Tennessee sophomore forward Grant Williams, who was coming off a career-high 37-point game on Tuesday night at Vanderbilt, was relatively quiet with nine points and five rebounds. However, the Aggies, who got 16 points from Admon Gilder, 13 from DJ Hogg and 10 from Tonny Trocha-Morelos, have since gone into a slump. Hogg came back from suspension, and Gilder (injury) and Robert Williams (illness) were the others to return.

Their last two losses before this game were decided by one point each: a 69-68 setback against LSU decided on an off-balance 3-pointer in the final second and a 74-73 decision at No. 21 Kentucky.

This one wasn't so close.

The Aggies committed 17 turnovers. Tennessee didn't allow Texas A&M to draw any closer than six points in the second half as Jordan Bowden led the Volunteers with 15 points.

Trump extends Iran sanctions relief, warns it's the last time
A decision to withhold a waiver would have effectively ended the deal between Iran and the other global signatories. Trump had come under heavy pressure from European allies to issue the sanctions waiver.

The Aggies answered by producing their own 8-0 spurt to cut the lead to 65-59 with 3:41 remaining, but that's as close as they would get.

After scoring 7 consecutive points, Tennessee led 13-10.

The Vols entered the game against Texas A&M with the No. 13 RPI and the No. 3 Strength of Schedule (per ESPN), while the Aggies had the No. 33 RPI.

While the loss ends the 15-game win streak for Tennessee, the Lady Vols must now turn their attention to a trio of top-ranked opponents that would leave most programs in a losing skid.
