According to an arrest report obtained by "Extra", Nick Gordon, who has been scrutinized for years in the tragic death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, was arrested and charged with battery - touch or strike.

Gordon, now 29 and pictured above (this weekend's mugshot in the inset), was booked in jail on Saturday and eventually charged with battery by the Seminole County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies said Leal, however, had a slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood.

Gordon told police, per The Blast, that his girlfriend, Laura Leal, attacked him by throwing a bottle and tearing his shirt.

According to a police report, Gordon hit and punched Leal in the face and the back of the head with a closed fist after accusing her of trying to hook up with one of his friends.

The arresting officer says he saw visible marks on the woman, and placed Gordon under arrest even though the woman refused to press charges.

The victim refused medical treatment, but Gordon was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.
