Nicolas Cage Will Play Superman In New 'Teen Titans' Movie

That's right, after all these years, Nicolas Cage will finally fulfill his dream of playing the Man of Steel. Nonetheless, it's still pretty cool that Cage will get to play the character after all that happened when he was initially supposed to play him in a Tim Burton movie back in the 90's.

As of now fan favorites such as Halsey, and Lil Yachty are the first two to unveil their roles as Wonder Woman and Green Latern.

Existing in the same continuity as their insane yet still active show on Cartoon Network, the Teen Titans find out that other DC superheroes seem to have films produced, so they seek out the flawless director for their debut on the big screen, but an old enemy has other ideas planned for them.

Teen Titans GO! has done well for a revamped version of the Teen Titans original show many fans were devastated to see, well, go, and has quickly become such a success a movie has been given the green light. But not as thrilled as Cage, who named his son Kal-El and called his unmade Superman movie "the Superman" movie. Outside of Superman Lives, Cage hasn't had much luck with comic book films in general. Instead, this Man of Steel will be filtered through the ridiculous prism of the Teen Titans' cartoonish world.
