Anderson's body was found Friday afternoon at a home near the university campus, which was later determined to be Tercero's residence, police say.

Police investigating the death of a NY nursing student say they want to question a man who flew to Nicaragua before her body was found.

The suspect in last week's Binghamton University murder has been arrested in Nicaragua.

Orlando Tercero, 22, who holds dual citizenship, fled to Nicaragua after allegedly killing Haley Anderson, 22, a fellow student at Binghamton's Decker School of Nursing.

With no formal extradition treaty with the US, the question now becomes whether Nicaragua will extradite Tercero back to NY to face potential murder charges. Anderson's death was ruled a homicide, but police haven't said how or why she was killed.

Earlier this week, Binghamton Police said they believe Tercero had left on a flight from JFK in NY to Nicaragua last Friday.

Xiaomi will launch the Redmi 5 in India today at 3PM
Xiaomi has been teasing the upcoming device for quite some time using the hashtag #CompactPowerhouse on its social media channels. The handset features a 5.99-inch FHD+ (2160x1080) display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass for protection.

According to a classmate, Anderson and Tercero had previously dated, but Tercero "never got over his obsession of her".

The details of how and where Tercero - who's suspected in the murder of Haley Anderson, 22 - was taken into custody were not released.

But if Tercero has dual citizenship in the US and Nicaragua, the situation then becomes more complicated. In 2013, Nicaraguan police arrested Eric Justin Toth, a fugitive on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted suspected of child pornography offences, and handed him over to usa authorities.
