Television producer Jill Blackstone is facing extradition from Maryland after being charged in the 2015 slaying of her deaf and partially blind sister in Studio City, Los Angeles police said Thursday. Jill Blackstone also suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning, which required her to be treated in a hospital for two days. The Los Angeles Police Department's Operations-Valley Bureau Homicide Detectives, along with Baltimore Police Department, have arrested her for murder.
Blackstone's sister, Wendy Blackstone, died in March 2015 along with two of her pet dogs. Three dogs were also found at the scene, and one had died.
