London stabbing: man killed in Forest Gate


A teenager has been stabbed to death in east London.

Speaking of the Brixton stabbing, a Met Police spokesman told Sky News: "Officers attended, along with London's Air Ambulance".

The victim, believed to be 18, died just before 11.30pm.

'He was taken to a central London hospital where he was pronounced dead later that evening.

Officers were called to a home in Sudbourne Road where a woman in her 30s had been attacked at around 6.30pm. "It is believed the victim and the man arrested were known to each other".

In the separate attack near Alexandra Palace, Haringey, a 19-year-old man was arrested near to the scene and taken into custody at a north London police station. When they arrived to the scene, they found the victim, Christopher Miles, dead.

Scotland Yard was questioning a woman in her 20s concerning the killing.

"A police investigation has commenced, and cordons are in place at the scene".
