The news follows Google's recent I/O event, and furthers speculation the smartwatch has a major role in its expanding ecosystem. It's likely, according to Blass (Evleaks), that the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will also be joined by a pair of 2nd-gen Pixel Buds. It should not come as a surprise that Google might be working on developing the Pixel watch considering the fact that Qualcomm is also ready with the new chips. The smartwatches codenamed "Ling", "Triton", and "Sardine" have reached the stage where Google will decide whether the hardware design makes sense for mass production. The fall season means around October, November, and December which aligns perfectly with the timeline for Google's hardware event this year.
Dashcam video shows Marion County deputy saving baby
The sheriff's office did not release details on what caused the baby to become unresponsive. The deputy had no idea what was wrong with the tiny boy named Kingston.
Meanwhile, another report in WinFuture has corroborated the information, while also adding that there could be three models of the Pixel-branded smartwatch. However, this time around we're slightly more optimistic given the source of the rumor and the fact that Qualcomm will soon launch next generation Snapdragon hardware specifically designed for wearables. Quandt stated that there would actually be three Pixel-branded smartwatches.
With Google looking to improve Wear OS this year now that it has stagnated and falled behind other products on the market it is no surprise to see them take leadership and produce a new reference design smartwatch - something that other manufacturers can look to to see how Google thinks things should be done. However, some of the specifications include Bluetooth with apt-X, GPS, and Voice over LTE (VoLTE) support.
