Donald Trump Pre-Disinvites NBA Champs To White House

Just this week, the president abruptly uninvited the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles from visiting the White House, in part because they planned to bring a "smaller delegation" rather than their full team. Now, with the winners of the 2018 NBA Playoffs still up in the air, Trump is taking precaution by pre-disinviting whoever ends up being the championship team.

"Trump is very selfish and I think he views flattery as a one-way street where he gets flattered and then there's no real reciprocal benefit going back the other direction", the official said.

When the Warriors won the National Basketball Association championship past year, Curry indicted he would not attend a planned White House ceremony, prompting Trump to disinvite the team via Twitter.

Deandre Ayton after Suns workout: 'I know I'm going No. 1'
Ayton told reporters afterward that he wouldn't be working out for any other teams. "Nobody told me [I'll go first]", Ayton said. By the way he was talking after the workout, it sounds like the 7-foot-1 center knows exactly where he'll go in the draft.

"My attitude, if they want to be here, it's the greatest place on earth". "If they don't want to be here, I don't want them". He said he expected the newly crowned National Hockey League champion Washington Capitals to attend but added, "if they don't want to be here, I don't want them". He said: "I think we'll have the Caps". We had Clemson, national champion.

"I'm pretty sure the way we handled things previous year, we'll stay consistent with that", Curry adding, alluding to the fact Golden State was set to decline before Trump took the offer off the table. "I mean, I'm not surprised", he said during a press conference, according to the Chicago Tribune.

"It's typical of him", James said of cancelling the Eagles visit. It won't be Golden State or Cleveland going (to the White House).

First footprints of animals discovered in China
Researchers do not know what animals made the footprints but have interpreted the two parallel rows of dots as rows of tracks. Precisely what the creature looked like is a mystery, though: nothing this old with legs has been discovered to date.

"By not going, hopefully that will inspire some change in terms of what we tolerate in this country", Curry said. "Stephen Curry is hesitating, therefore invitation is withdrawn!".

The Minnesota Lynx also weren't invited to the White House, but they instead committed to a day of service, giving out shoes to a school in need in the D.C. area.

"When someone says they don't want to come to the White House, he disinvites them so the photo op doesn't look bad", he said.

Hurricanes are slowing, which could be a big problem
The result is more rainfall and more damage to buildings as hurricanes hover over population centers for longer periods of time. Kossin argues that the slow-down is caused by global warming, which is both increasing rainfall and decreasing wind currents.
