More Nipissing voters flocked to the polls Thursday night than in any of the past three provincial elections, according to Elections Ontario data.
Unofficial results now indicate that 58.0% of eligible voters in the province cast their ballot, including those who voted by mail, at returning offices, in hospital, through home visit, during advance voting and on election day. "This is an increase form the 647,261 electors who voted at advance polls for the general election in 2014".
