Peter Navarro Apologizes for 'Special Place in Hell' Comment - Cortney O'Brien

Fresh off lashing out at Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Twitter and calling him "very dishonest" and "weak", the US President has publically slammed Trudeau again.

President Trump may be fresh off a meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, but he's still smarting from a perceived slight from Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

But of course Mr. Trudeau knows.

"I want to pay a particular tribute to Prime Minister Trudeau for his leadership and skilful chairing, which enabled us after two days of negotiation between leaders to agree actions and a shared approach on some of the most pressing challenges facing the global community and our citizens", she said.

It's unclear what additional action the US would take against Canada.

Trump's insults have united Canadians of all political stripes.

In fact, we can't actually verify that Rare is working on this game, but we'd be shocked if that wasn't the case. Compulsion Games are now working on We Happy Few , which is slated to get a full release on August 10.

Before the apology, some USA lawmakers on Tuesday questioned the strong language the White House and Trump have used toward Canada in contrast to the praise he gave North Korea at Tuesday's summit in Singapore.

"I find it hard to try to apologize for words that come from the mouths of people in our government, so I don't even try", she said.

"And just like sometimes in the rap community they have their own urban dictionary, the president has his own Trump dictionary, if you will".

Still, winning the public-relations war may not be enough for Trudeau to avoid additional US trade penalties.

The only hint of a softening came when Peter Navarro, the White House economic advisor, apologized for saying there was a "special place in hell" for Trudeau.

In return, Trump accused Trudeau of being "weak and dishonest" and instructed US representatives not to endorse the G7 joint communique. "And that comes right from Air Force One".

It was also Lane who worked extensively with Durant after an unfortunate late February injury that saw him miss most of the latter part of the season, coming back as good as new for a brilliant playoff run.

From a big-picture perspective, there are concerns about how the rest of the world sees the United States globally, he added. "I have a good relationship with Justin Trudeau", he said. "We just shook hands!"' Mr. Trump said.

Since Trump's election, Trudeau's government has poured energy and time into building relationships with the White House, with Congress and throughout the USA private sector, hoping to rally enough support to keep Trump from upending the continental trading system. The U.S.at the end of May imposed tariffs of 25 percent on steel imports and 10 percent on aluminum imports against Canada, Mexico and the European Union.

"We finished the meeting, really everybody was happy, and I agreed to sign something", Trump said.

Another thing buoying Trudeau has been the near-universal Canadian response to Trump's comments.

Trump roiled the weekend Group of Seven meeting of industrialized nations in Canada by agreeing to a group statement on trade only to withdraw from it while flying to Asia. Any Canadian PM would have to show some resolve - Stephen Harper might have chosen more cautious language, but he would have sent the same message. He then asserted multiple times to the room full of reporters that he has a "good relationship" with Trudeau.
