Djokovic stunned by Greek teen Tsitsipas in Toronto
He'll next face second-seeded defending champion Alexander Zverev of Germany, a 6-3, 6-2 victor over Russia's Daniil Medvedev. Tsitsipas showed his nerve right from the start, as he surprised Djokovic (and everyone else watching) with a 5-2 game lead.

In 2017, there were 38 reported human infections of WNV and 4 WNV-related deaths reported in Orange County. Positive samples for West Nile have been found in Clark County for several years. This species is also known to bite during the daytime just as much as they can at both dawn and dusk. People over age 50 and those with diabetes or hypertension are more likely to develop the most serious symptoms. No Yolo County residents have been diagnosed with the virus thus far this year.

While most people who get the West Nile virus only get mild symptoms, there is the chance for it to develop into something more threatening.

State officials recommend people use mosquito repellent and wear protective clothing.
