White House Says Omarosa’s Book Is ‘Riddled With Lies’

Manigault Newman worked in the White House for almost a year as an assistant to the president and the director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison.

On Saturday, reporters asked the president while on his golf course if he felt betrayed by Manigault Newman: "Lowlife". In the book, she paints Trump as scattered, self-absorbed, misogynistic and insecure.

But CNN reports that The White House has called Omarosa a "disgruntled former employee" who is trying to make a buck off of fake stories.
